摘 要

水温自动控制系统一种实用新型计算机温度采集系统,采用AT89C52为

处理器,AD590作温度传感器,ADC0809作模数转换器,DAC0832作数模转换器,冷凝管做为制冷设备,电热丝做为加热设备,实现系统的水温自动控制。该系统能快速实现温度细小步进,1摄氏度的高精度控制,能广泛应用于工业场所。系统通过实时采样温度值,进而与系统温控额定值进行比较,超过额定最高温则启动制冷管进行制冷,低于最低额定温度,则启动电炉,进行功率可调的加温,实现水温的实时监测与控制。

Abstract

Automatic temperature control system of a utility model computer temperature acquisition system, using AT89C52 processor, AD590 as a temperature sensor, ADC0809 for ADC, DAC0832 as DAC, condenser as refrigeration equipment, electric wire as heating equipment, and automatic temperature control system. The system can quickly achieve temperatures tiny step, high-precision control of a degree Celsius, and can be widely used in industrial sites. System through real-time sampling temperature, and then compare with the temperature control system of ratings, moving beyond the rated maximum Wen Zeqi refrigeration cooling tube, below the minimum rated temperature, electric start, power-adjustable heated performed to achieve real-time temperature monitoring and control.
