I was often troubled by lack of confidences. So I applied for a job at an exhibition as reporter last term. The exhibition was held annual to display the latest products in the field of education. At that time, I was responsible for interview parents who bought the learning tools. While talking with him, I found it was not so hard as I think. One lady even praised me but asked her son to learn from me. I realized the experience was in great value and nothing was more excited than communicating with people.

How to keep mental health
As we know, mental health links to our happiness index. However, it’s vital to keep our mental health. Here are some advice on how to do it.
Firstly, accept yourself true. Knowing your own potentials and making practical goal instead of setting high expectations can keep yourself away from heavy burden, thus enjoy good mental health. Secondly, be friendly and sociable. Life with friends is miserable. So make friends. It’s their comfort and support which help you go through hardship in life. Lastly, commit yourself to your career. Your efforts bring you a sense of achievement, which will in turn ensure your happiness.

I’ve been playing volleyball since three years before. It started when a teacher set up volleyball club in our school, hope that more students would join in the sport. As a lucky student, I attended the 2017 National English Summer Camp holding in a beautiful city of South West from July 24 to 29, it was sponsored by the English Weekly. ast week, my friends and me went to watch Jay Chou’s performance in Guangzhou. There are crowds of cheerful fans there, many of who came from other cities. Jay began his performance with one of his most famous song. We all cheered and shouted out his name, but some even cried with joy.
