工程项目时间管理中的问题及对策 I

摘 要

工程项目的时间管理是工程项目三大控制的重要内容，加强施工时间管理是规范施工行为和保证施工目标实现的关键。本文系统探讨施工阶段时间计划与控制问题，着重从适用的、可操作性强的角度以XXXXXXXX大楼装饰工程项目为例，论述了建筑工程施工时间划到实施、检查、改进的动态管理，提出施工时间计划与控制的作业程序是一个不断上升的循环过程。并对建筑工程施工项目时间管理的措施进行了有益的探讨。

Abstract

Project time management is the important content of the project three control, strengthen the construction of time management is the specification of construction behavior and guarantee of realizing the goal of key construction. Discussion on stage time planning and control problems in construction of this system, emphatically from the applicable, operable angle to XXXXXX R & D construction experiment of comprehensive building decoration engineering project as an example, discusses the architectural engineering construction time to implementation, examination, improved dynamic management, proposed the construction time schedule and control the operation procedure is a rising cycle process. Has carried on the beneficial discussion on construction time and construction project management measures.
