设计总说明

本设计是3×104m3/d城市污水二级处理厂工艺设计。该处理厂处理城市污水,根据当地环保部门水质调查及其他城市水质比调查,本城市对污水的处理主要包括COD、BOD5,对脱氮除磷也有要求。污水经处理后排入污水厂东侧的受纳水体排污渠,出水最终排入某河,该河段为《地表水环境质量标准》(GB18918-2002)中的Ⅲ类功能水域,出水水质应达到《城镇污水厂污水排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级标准B标准。

根据设计要求,该污水处理工程进水中氮磷含量偏高,在去除BOD5和COD的同时,还需要进行脱氮除磷处理,同时,本污水厂处理水量较小,故采用SBR序列间歇式活性污泥法,SBR是一种按间歇曝气方式来运行的活性污泥污水处理技术,又称序批式活性污泥法。本工艺的主要构筑物包括格栅、污水泵房、曝气沉砂池、厌氧池、SBR、接触消毒池、浓缩池、污泥脱水机房等。污水进入污水厂经过中隔栅后经污水泵房提升进入细格栅,在进入曝气沉砂池曝气沉砂,随后进入厌氧池对污水进行水解酸化,再进入SBR池反应,然后进入接触消毒池消毒,污水达到水质要求,经过计量槽后排出污水。SBR的剩余污泥经过污泥泵房提升后进入集泥井,再进入浓缩池浓缩,浓缩后的污泥含水量减少再进入贮泥池,随后进入污泥缩水车间进行脱水,脱水后的污泥外运。

本设计污水处理采用了SBR工艺,它的主要特征是在运行上的有序和间歇操作,SBR工艺的核心是SBR反应池,该池集均化、初沉、生物降解、二沉等功能于一池,无污泥回流系统。经过这个废水处理工艺的废水可达到设计要求,可以直接排放。产生的污泥经过浓缩、压滤等处理后,进行堆肥产生一定的经济效益。

本设计书的主要内容为设计资料、污水污泥处理工艺的选择、污水污泥的计算、污水厂平面布置的选择、人员的配置以及工程技术经济的分析。

Design Description

This design is 3 x 104 m3 / d city sewage treatment plant process design 2. According to design requirements, the high content of nitrogen and phosphorus in water, sewage disposal engineering at the same time of removal of BOD5 and COD, Nitrogen phosphorus removal process is needed, at the same time, water volume small, the sewage treatment plant is adopted SBR sequencing batch activated sludge process, SBR is a kind of according to the way of intermittent aeration to operation of the activated sludge wastewater treatment technology, also known as sequencing batch type activated sludge process. Main structure of this process include grille, sewage pump room, aerated grit chamber, bio-p tank, SBR, contact disinfection pond, thickener and sludge dewatering machine room, etc. Sewage into the sewage factory after barrier in the sewage pump room to ascend into fine grille, entered the aerated grit chamber aeration settling, then enter the bio-p tank to hydrolysis acidification, the sewage reacts to SBR pool, and then enter the contact pool disinfection, disinfection of sewage meet water quality requirements, after the back tank out of the water. SBR of excess sludge after sludge pump room ascension into the mud collecting Wells, again into the thickener concentration, concentrated sludge water content reduce storage into the mud pool, then enter the dewater sludge shrink workshop, after the dehydration of sludge sinotrans.

This design adopted SBR wastewater treatment process ,the main characteristic of it is on the run orderly and intermittent operation , sinking for the first time , function that biodegradation , two sink ,etc. in one pond, there is no mud backset current system. Can reach the designing requirement through the waste water of this waste water treatment craft , can discharge directly . Mud that produce after

concentrating , pressing and straining etc. dealing with , go on compost produce sure economic benefits.

The main content of this design document for design, selection of sewage sludge treatment process, the calculation of sewage sludge, sewage plant layout selection, configuration of personnel and engineering technical and economic analysis.
