My father and I were very close. I loved pleasing him, and he was always proud of my success. If I won a spelling contest at school , he was on top of the world. To create better traffic flow in London, money has been collected since February 2003 from people driving in busy areas. It?s a fee that cars pay for entering the city. Every car that comes into the centre of the city has to pay money for using the road. The fee started at￡5 in 2003 and has now reached ￡8.
