Surface preparation/表面处理

Since the specified ambient conditions respectively process temperatures deviate significantly from each other in max. and min. case, the required shell temperatures cannot be met without the application of a weather shield around the burner. Duiker suggest that this weather shield will be part of the overall protection of the chamber and will be delivered by others. /由于环境的条件如气温、风速的最大、最小值可能与设计值有较大偏移，因此外壳的温度计算只能按照适于遮雨棚的工况进行核算。我们建议燃烧器的遮雨棚为反应炉遮雨棚的一部分，在现场由其他公司提供并安装。

The execution of this weather shield has been based upon the following generally accepted assumptions (design respectively delivery of this shield is no part of our

? execution of the weather shield in stainless steel AISI 304 plate, /采用不锈钢AISI 304,
? application of this shield over edge of 270° around the burner,/ 燃烧器四周270°范围内要由遮雨棚包围。
? application of a roof for vent-air outlet on top of the burner, over the entire length of the burner./燃烧器遮雨棚顶部带通风出口，长度要覆盖燃烧器。
Receipt of Buyer’s reply regarding the subject of the weather shield before order placement will be highly appreciated by Duiker, to prevent a possible delay in the engineering stage. /订货阶段希望及时收到贵公司对卖方提供的遮雨棚设计的回复，以免影响进度
1.10.3 Remarks/备注
? Other actual design conditions might be of influence on the above stated design

? The required minimum wind velocity of 0 m/s is not a realistic value since there will
