摘 要

随着信息化的发展,特别是计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术的长足进步,信息可以被更快速和有效的处理,高等院校作为一类重要的教育和科研机构,在教学管理和科研管理工作方面需要提高其规范化程度和科学化程度。通过对科研基本信息和教学信息等资源的无纸化管理技术的推进,以达到对自身管理效率和水平的提升。如何通过这种方法提高自身的管理效率和水平是一个需要我深入探讨和研究的重要问题。本系统结合内科大经济与管理学院教学和科研的基本情况,从信息化的角度出发以管理信息系统为指导思想对学院的教学和科研工作进行充分的分析、优化和设计。通过系统的论证证明了系统开发的可行性,从内蒙古科技大学经管学院教学与科研信息管理系统的系统分析、系统设计、系统实现和系统维护等方面提出了有效的解决方案完成了本系统的开发。

本文首先介绍了内科大经管学院教学与科研信息管理工作的背景现状,并对其业务流程进行简要分析,指出学院教学及科研项目管理工作现有流程中需要解决的问题,总结出开发内科大经管学院教学与科研信息管理系统的必要性。本系统主要使用者是内科大经管学院教学人员和管理人员,整个系统的设计、开发从用户和管理者对于操作的便捷和数据的安全出发,采用浏览器作为前端用户接口,安全开源稳定的MySQL作为数据库支撑,以及现阶段使用非常广泛并且简单易懂的编程语言PHP开发了业务逻辑层程序。 另外,阐述了本系统开发的方法和技术,并详细说明内科大经管学院教学与科研系统采用的理论基础以及关键技术,如PHP、MySQL、B/S结构、三层构架以及面向对象的方法等。

Abstract

With the development of informatization, information can be dealt with effectively and quickly especially with the comprehensive use of computer technology, communication technology and Internet. University or College,as an important educational and scientific organization, it is significant for colleges and universities to solve the problem that how to raise the efficiency of administration through paper-free teaching and scientific research. This management information system is developed by systemic analysis and systemic design in the teaching and scientific management, which proposes solutions from platform construction of information system.

This research firstly introduces the teaching and scientific research work of School of Economics and Management in inner Mongolia university of science and technology, analyzes the operation flow and then points out problems in the flow, finally come out with the necessity of developing the teaching and scientific research management system. as a reason that most users of this system are teachers and administrative staff, the development and design of this system is aimed at operating conveniently and the safety of data. This system uses browser as the foreground interface, and MySQL is the support of database system, which is one kind of safety and open resource software. For creating a friendly UI, this system is able to stat, classify and inquire kinds of data through a mass of data stored in the database. Moreover, this research explained methods of developing software, and detailed describes the theoretical basis and key technology in this research, such as PHP, MySQL, B/S structure and object-oriented approach.
